(Estherville)--With no candidate on the ballot for Tuesday’s general election, the winner in the race for Emmet County Attorney was determined by write-in votes. A total of 266 votes were cast. Those ballots were counted on Wednesday in the Auditor’s Office and current County Attorney Melanie Summer Bauler was the winner, receiving 106 votes.
