(Arnolds Park)--Spirit of Okoboji has hired a Museum Development and Public History Advisor to support of the Friends of The Abbie Gardner Cabin. Drew Hage of Spirit of Okoboji says they’re engaging the services of Dr. Kevin Mason, an Assistant Professor of History at the University of Northern Iowa.
Hage says Mason helped create a brand new website for the Friends of Abbie Gardner Cabin.
Hage says he hopes the new websites will increase interest in Abbie Gardner’s story and the Abbie Gardner cabin.
The new website for the Abbie Gardner historic site is: abbiecabin.com. The website for the Lakes Ares Museum Alliance is: lakesmuseum.org.
