(Estherville)--An Early man is facing a felony drug charge in Emmet County District Court for allegedly selling drugs to a minor.
According to online court records, 29-year-old Colton Mohr is charged with drug distribution to a person under the age of 18, a class B felony.
The criminal complaint filed by the Emmet County Sheriff’s Office, says Mohr came to the Law Enforcement Center for an interview on Thursday. Mohr admitted to knowingly selling plant based marijuana to a juvenile male on Wednesday afternoon near the Dolliver City Park .
Mohr was being held on a $25,000 cash or surety bond.
A preliminary hearing for Mohr is set for November 9th at 4 pm in Emmet County District Court.
