(Estherville)--Iowa Lakes Community College invites families and community members to celebrate Halloween at its annual Spooktacular Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, October 31, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Christensen Building on the Estherville Campus.

Hosted by the Iowa Lakes Estherville Student Senate, this family-friendly event offers a fun and safe environment for children of all ages to enjoy Halloween festivities.

Iowa Lakes athletic teams, student clubs, and college departments will showcase their creativity with decorated trunks and displays while handing out treats to trick-or-treaters. Participating groups will also compete for the title of best-decorated trunk, adding a little friendly competition to the evening.

The event is open to the public, and families are encouraged to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes and join the Iowa Lakes community for an evening of treats, creativity, and Halloween fun.
