(Washington, D.C.)--Congress is in recess until after the midterm elections. Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley says his top priority when the Senate reconvenes is passage of a farm bill.
The farm bill would permanently authorize the sale of E-15 year round. Grassley says another priority is a permitting reform bill which aims to accelerate approval of energy, transmission, mining, and infrastructure projects while modifying environmental regulations
