(Estherville)--After several days of warm, dry weather, the harvest is in full swing around northwest Iowa. ISU Extension Agronomist for northwest Iowa, Gentry Sorenson, says right now farmers are concentrating on soybeans.
Sorenson says so far he has not heard any reports on yields.
He says farmers are reporting a few issues with the soybeans.
Sorenson estimates close to 10-percent of the area soybean harvest is complete.
Sorenson says the corn harvest has been at a standstill since the wet weather in late September and early this month.
