Estherville Woman Charged for Using Another Person's Debit Card

(Estherville)--An Estherville woman is facing charges for using another person’s debit card without authorization.

 

According to Emmet County Court Records, 49-year-old Nicole Lauritsen was arrested last Tuesday on charges of unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,500 and theft in the third degree.

 

According to the criminal complaint, Lauritsen used the victim’s debit card on nine separate occasions between September 5th and September 16th with charges totaling $967.

 

Lauritsen was booked into the Emmet County Jail and has since been released on bond.
