(Mankato, MN)—A traffic stop earlier this month in Blue Earth County resulted in multiple charges against a Martin County resident.
38-year-old Bradley Oudekerk is charged with fifth-degree drug possession, possession of metal knuckles, possessing improperly packaged cannabis in a vehicle, driving after revocation, and failure to carry proof of insurance.
Authorities say on September 11th, Oudekerk was stopped after a deputy clocked him driving 84 miles per hour in a 55-mile-per-hour zone. Oudekerk allegedly told the deputy he did not have a valid driver’s license or insurance. During a search of the vehicle, officers reportedly located methamphetamine, marijuana and a pipe, along with a pair of metal knuckles.
Oudekerk was convicted of third-degree drug possession in January of this year.
