(Emmetsburg)--An Emmetsburg woman is facing multiple charges after being served arrest warrants twice in the past several days.
On September 14th at 5 pm, the Palo Alto County Sheriff's Office arrested 37-year-old Nicole Juchem of Emmetsburg on two valid Palo Alto County arrest warrants for 2nd Offense Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Juchem was unable to post the $2,300 cash only bond and remained in jail to await her initial appearance in front of a magistrate.
Then on Tuesday of this week at approximately 5:35 pm, while she was still in the Palo Alto County Jail, Juchem was served with three additional warrants. The warrants were for 3rd Degree Burglary, a class D Felony, 5th Degree Theft, and 3rd Degree Burglary of an Unoccupied Motor Vehicle.
Juchem was unable to post the $7,300 cash only bond and remained in custody at the Palo Alto County Jail.
