(Emmetsburg)--A South Dakota man is facing sexual abuse charges in Palo Alto County.
Shortly before 6:20 pm on September 15th, the Palo Alto County Sheriff's Office arrested 52-year-old Austin Noble of Tea, South Dakota on a valid Palo Alto County arrest warrant. The warrant was for 6 counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse, all Class C Felonies.
Noble was unable to post the $30,000 cash only bond and was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await his initial appearance in front of a magistrate.
Noble has since been released on bond and waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
A no contact order has been issued to prevent Noble from having any contact with the protected party.
