(Armstrong) – The city of Armstrong experienced a power outage for a period of time at around 5:30 this morning due to a downed power line. Emmet County Emergency Management Director Travis Sheridan.
The downed power line was located near Bank Midwest. A hole was melted into the asphalt cement near the power line. Power was restored to the city by 8:30 this morning.
