(KILR)--The annual Okoboji Entrepreneurial Institute gets underway this weekend in the Iowa Great Lakes. Alyssa Peterson with the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation says this is the 20th year for O-E-I.
Peterson says 32 students from Iowa, Iowa State, the University of Northern Iowa, Buena Vista University, Dordt University and Iowa Lakes Community College will participate in this year’s O-E-I which runs August 9th-14th.
She says this year’s class will get a chance to meet with the O-E-I alumni.
Other activities include a pitch competition and a service project. Peterson says at least 50 alumni will be returning this weekend.
