(Estherville)--The Estherville Lincoln Central School District was awarded a pair of grants this week by the Emmet County Community Foundation. ELC Superintendent Andy Armstead says one of them is for the Regional Wellness Center.
He says the other grant is for the bleacher project at the football stadium.
