(Algona)--The entertainment line-up has been announced for the Founders Day celebration in Algona. 

The Des Moines based band Decoy will play on Friday, July 10th from 7:30 to 11:30 pm on State Street. The bands guitarist Micah Wagner is originally from the Algona area and is a 1995 graduate of Bishop Garrigan High School. Decoy blends alternative, rock, pop and country and has shared the stage with national acts such as The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Tonic, Sister Hazel, Vertical Horizon, and Deep Blue Something.

On Saturday, July 11 DJ Dynamite Karaoke will play for the vendors and shoppers at Art in the Park on the Carnegie Lawn from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Absolute Pro Wrestling will be in downtown Algona on State Street on July 11 at 8 p.m.
