(Estherville)--The city of Estherville is considering options for resurfacing the Ninja Park located in Mickelson Park. Estherville City Administrator Penny Clayton says the surface was damaged due to flooding.
The cost to the city would have been about $31,000. The city council this week tabled action on the bid to explore cheaper options for the project.
