(Estherville)--The Estherville Lincoln Central School Board will meet in special session today(Friday) to accept the resignation of board member Flor Hernandez effective June 30th.
The board will then consider filing a notice of intent to fill the vacancy by appointment and determine the process for filling the vacancy.
The board will meet at noon in the ELC Administration building located at 1814 7th Avenue South.
