(Spencer)--The 41st annual Flagfest Celebration is set for later this week in Spencer. Blake Goss, Events and Programs Coordinator for the Spencer Area Chamber of Commerce, says Flagfest is a celebration of community and patriotism. Goss says events get underway Friday with a golf tournament at Spencer Golf and Country Club.
Goss says a full day of events is on tap for Saturday beginning with the Chamber 5k fun run and walk at 6:30 am.
He says events will continue in the afternoon.
Goss says more family fun is planned for Sunday.
