(Estherville)--The Resource Enhancement and Protection Program or REAP will be the focus of 19 meetings across the state this summer, where Iowans can share ideas and visions for their county and communities. KILR Outdoors Expert Steve Weisman says the REAP program was established in 1989.
Weisman says REAP has funded numerous projects in Emmet County.
He says the REAP meeting in northwest Iowa will be held on July 23rd at Maser Monarch Lodge, in Okoboji.
