(Okoboji)--The Board of Directors of the Dickinson County Taxpayers Association will host the organization’s Annual Meeting on Friday, June 12th at the Lake Okoboji Resort and Conference Center in Okoboji.
This year’s annual meeting is an opportunity for meaningful education and professional insight into the financial realities facing local governments today.
The keynote speaker will be Mark Moses, a nationally recognized consultant in
municipal finance and administration. Since 2011, Moses has advised local governments on budgeting, operations, and long-term financial sustainability.
A buffet breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 a.m. The formal program will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude at approximately 10:30.
