(Estherville)--The Superintendent of Estherville Lincoln Central Schools is wrapping-up his first year on the job. Andy Armstead says one of the biggest accomplishments during his first year has been the implementation of a new literacy program.
Armstead details some of the benefits of the program.
He says changes are also being made to the ELL program.
Armstead says a new assistant principal position has been created for the elementary school.
Armstead made his comments on the ELC Superintendent Spotlight program which can be heard every Saturday at 8:45 am on KILR FM 95.9.
