(Estherville)--Emmet County Conservation and the Iowa Great Lakes Fishing Club will be hosting a Youth Free Fishing Day on Saturday, June 6th at Jordet’s Pond near Wallingford. KILR Outdoors Expert Steve Weisman says the event will be held from 10 am to 1 pm.
A free meal will be served from noon to 1 pm. No fishing license is required. Weisman says the event is for kids in K-12th grade.
He says there will be fishing lessons for the kids.
