(Spencer)--A Spencer man was arrested Wednesday by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office on sexual misconduct charges.
According to a news release, 21-year-old Alex Morley was arrested on a Clay County Warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor, a class B felony, grooming, a class D felony, two sex offender registry violations, both class C felonies and two counts of dissemination of obscene materials to a minor. Bond was set at $50,000.
Morley was being held in the Clay County Jail.
A preliminary hearing for Morley is set for April 27th in Clay County District Court.
