Four Spirit Lake Residents Facing Felony Charges After Drug Search

(Spirit Lake)--Four people are facing drug charges after the execution of a search warrant Tuesday at a residence in Spirit Lake. According to Spirit Lake Police, the search at 1006 12th St. resulted in the seizure of multiple items of drug paraphernalia and a substance believed to be marijuana.

 

Police arrested 32-year-old Ami Smith, 24-year-old Alyson Campbell, 31-year-old Jonathon Donovan and 20-year-old Josh Titus, all of Spirit Lake. Smith, Campbell and Donovan were each charged with possession of methamphetamine, a class B felony, failure to affix a drug tax stamp and child endangerment-meth exposure, both class D felonies, prohibited acts and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Titus was charged with possession of meth, a class B felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

All four were transported and booked into the Dickinson County Jail.
