Chris McArdle joined KILR May 21st, 2007. Chris grew up in Anoka, Minnesota and lived there his entire life, until he made the move to Estherville. Chris graduated from Anoka High School and went on to graduate from Brown College with a degree in radio broadcasting. Chris has always loved sports, especially football! Chris' favorite teams include the Vikings, Twins, Timberwolves, and Gophers. Don't worry, Chris fully admits the Gophers leave a lot to the imagination. Chris is still trying to get used to the Iowa wind, which seems to never stop blowing. Chris says he enjoys the area and enjoys working at KILR. Chris loves to go out and do play by play, covering local athletes and the exciting moments the games provide.
